Roger Chang

Roger Chang is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in building environments and mechanical engineering. Currently, Roger serves as a Partner and US Building Environments Lead at Buro Happold, focusing on strategic direction and the alignment of resources within the firm's largest discipline team in the country. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Leader at DLR Group, Director of Engineering and Sustainability at Westlake Reed Leskosky, and adjunct lecturer at The Catholic University of America and Pratt Institute. Roger’s expertise is rooted in sustainability and integrated design, demonstrated through leadership positions in various prestigious firms and academia. Roger holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a strong foundation in biotechnology from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
