Tom Willoughby, PE, LEED AP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in high-performance design and building engineering. Currently serving as Principal at BuroHappold Engineering since December 2019, Willoughby previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at WSP and President of Willoughby Engineering, where Willoughby founded a firm focused on innovative building solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Principal & Global Leader at Halcrow Yolles, Studio Head at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and Associate Principal at Henneman Engineering.
