Vicky Thorburn

Vicky Thorburn has extensive experience in recruitment and people data analysis, currently serving as the Head of People Data and Insights at Buro Happold since March 2014, with previous roles including People Data Analyst and Global Resource Planner. In addition, Vicky is a member of the National Executive Committee for Building Equality since April 2022. Prior to Buro Happold, Vicky worked as a Senior Recruiter at Capita Property and Infrastructure, where the focus was on delivering comprehensive property and infrastructure services. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Carillion, Hill McGlynn, and Profile Search and Selection. Vicky holds a BSc in Biochemistry with Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Kent and completed education at Simon Langton Girls School.
