Rick Bastian

Rick Bastian is a seasoned sales leader currently serving as the Global Director of SMB Sales at Burq since July 2025, where focus is on optimizing sales strategies for small and medium-sized businesses via a last-mile logistics platform. Prior to this role, Rick founded Even Flow Consulting in April 2015, specializing in helping businesses scale through sales and marketing systems, organizational optimization, and AI integration. Rick has also held key positions at Groupon as Director of Local Sales, Uber for Business as Head of Sales for SMB in the US and Canada, and at Yelp as a Senior Sales Manager, where achievements included building a successful B2B sales unit and consistently exceeding sales quotas. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business from Harvard Extension School.
