Maisam Ali is an Industrial Engineering graduate with a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, having consistently achieved A grades throughout their academic career. They began their professional journey as a QA intern at a textile company, gaining valuable experience in quality assurance. Maisam then managed supply chain operations at a firm, where they developed SOPs and implemented Kanban systems that enhanced efficiency. They subsequently worked in warehousing, optimizing stock levels and saving costs, before taking on the role of Ecommerce Operations Specialist, where their process improvements increased delivery reliability significantly. Currently, Maisam is a Supply Chain Executive at Burque, focusing on planning and operations to further enhance process excellence and operational performance.
