Stephen Mauldin is currently the Co-CEO at CNL Financial Group, where they have held various leadership roles since 2011, including President & CEO of multiple properties and managing member of growth properties. Previously, they served as CEO & President and a member of the Board of Directors at Crosland from 2006 to 2011 and were a founding partner and CEO at Crutchfield Capital from 1998 to 2006. Stephen also has experience as a Vice President at SouthTrust Bank of W. FL and as a Commercial Lending Officer at First Florida Bank. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tampa and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
