Bethany Deeks

Bethany Deeks is currently the Head of Employee Experience, EMEA at Burson, bringing over 10 years of experience in employee engagement and internal communications. Previously, they served as the Internal Communications Manager for Europe & Africa at BCW Global, where they led internal communications strategies and collaborated on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, Bethany worked as an Internal Communications Executive and later as Content and Culture Manager at Volume, focusing on brand engagement and employee wellbeing. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Events Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
