Cathy Resler is a sustainability, climate, and nature strategist and advisor with extensive experience in improving environmental and social responsibility across various industries, including agriculture, food, and fashion. They have held key roles such as Head of Global Sustainability and Social Impact at Ocean Spray Cranberries and Vice President of Purpose, Strategy, and Sustainability at Porter Novelli. Currently, they are serving as EVP of Sustainability, Climate & ESG at Burson, where they provide consulting on climate, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Cathy also works as an independent consultant, advising on diverse sustainability initiatives for educational institutions and businesses. They hold a degree from Columbia University in the City of New York and continue to contribute to practices involving sustainability management and climate resilience.
