Chip Huffman is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and internal communications with extensive experience across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Global Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Lead at Burson since April 2023, Chip has previously held significant roles such as Assistant Director - Content Lead at EY and has been involved in internal communications leadership at Union Square Hospitality Group and J.Crew. Additionally, Chip has developed communication strategies at Weber Shandwick and iCapital, and has contributed to media industries at CBS News and Signature Theatre Company. Chip's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
