Holly Brittingham

Holly Brittingham currently serves as the EVP and Global Chief Learning Officer at Burson, a role that involves building a global Learning and Organizational Development function and facilitating strategic offsite sessions for leadership teams. As the Founder and President of Septaria Consulting since April 2022 and the former EVP and Chief Learning Officer at BCW Global, Holly has extensive experience in leadership development and organizational strategy. Previous positions include SVP of Global Talent and Organization Development at FCB Global, where oversight included global talent initiatives and DEI programs, and Principal Organization Development Consultant at EMC. Holly's educational background includes a Comprehensive Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, a Master’s in Organization Development from American University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and English from Colby College.
