Jan Bailey

Jan Bailey is an experienced international trade and foreign policy specialist with over 16 years in diplomacy and strategic partnerships across Europe and the Asia Pacific. Jan previously served as Trade Commissioner and Consul General for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and held various roles at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, including Acting Deputy Permanent Representative at the WTO. They began their career in marketing and advertising, focusing on deregulated industries, and currently works as an External Expert in Geopolitical Advisory. Jan holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from The University of Waikato, with a focus on marketing and international business.
