Previously, they served as Deputy Managing Director at BCW Global, and held various senior roles at notable firms such as Cohn & Wolfe and Weber Shandwick. Leila's diverse expertise spans crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate media relations, with a particular focus on financial services and international markets, especially in Africa. A dedicated mentor, they also contribute to leadership training, equipping executives with essential communication skills. Leila earned their degree from The University of Salford in 1998.
