They started their career at Pfizer as an Undergraduate Regulatory Strategist, enhancing regulatory processes and earning a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. An accomplished athlete, Lucy was a national swimmer and competed in multiple international trials while serving as the Club Captain of Guildford City Swimming Club. Lucy earned a Bachelor's degree from Loughborough University in 2020.
