Marco Pena

Marco Pena is a Global Communications Leader with extensive experience in public relations and technology. They currently serve as the Executive Vice President at Burson since 2025. Previously, Marco held various roles at Dell, including Systems Performance Engineering and PR Manager, and served as a Senior Vice President at Edelman, where they led major client initiatives. Marco also has experience in management and sales from their time at Microchip Computers. They are currently enrolled in the Spencer Stuart Executive Leadership Program, enhancing their leadership skills.
