Sara Kemp

Sara Kemp is an experienced corporate communications strategist residing in Ottawa, ON, currently serving as the Executive Vice President, NA Head of Resourcing at Burson since 2024, where they lead a 100+ member agency team and manage complex strategies for a major U.S. banking client. With over 12 years of experience in public relations, Sara previously worked at BCW Global in various roles, including Senior Vice President, focusing on organizational strategy and talent management. They earned a BA Honours in History from Queen's University and a Master's in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Boston University. Prior to their current role, Sara lived and worked in New York City while at Burson-Marsteller for over four years.
