Sara Ketzer

Sara Ketzer is a Senior Director of Internal Change Communications and Employee Engagement at Burson, where they began in 2024. Previously, Sara served as SVP/Senior Director at the same company and held various roles in prominent organizations, including Director of Employee Engagement & Change Communications at Hill & Knowlton Germany from 2016 to 2024. They also gained experience as a Senior Consultant for Change & Leadership at Deekeling Arndt Advisors in Communications from 2011 to 2016, and worked in corporate communications for RWE AG and Vodafone D2 GmbH earlier in their career. Sara holds a Master of Science in Communication Studies, which they earned cum laude from the University of Twente, and a Diplom in Marketing Communications from Düsseldorfer Akademie für Marketing und Kommunikation.
