Before their current position, Brian was the President and COO of Recondo Technology, a company that provides leadership to a diverse and highly talented team of Cloud Engineering, SaaS operations and Corporate IT professionals. Brian was responsible for all hardware and software solutions within the Cloud Infrastructure and maintaining and responsible for multimillion CAPEX and OPEX expenses. Brian focused on SaaS deliver models, highly scaled software systems that dramatically improve the financial performance of healthcare providers across America, both in revenue cycle and back-office operations. Brian recruited, mentored, and developed all of engineering and operation team members.

Prior to their time at Recondo Technology, Brian was the Sr Director of Engineering / Principle Engineer at Enterprise Information Management where they were responsible for leading a team that was focused on building secure applications utilizing Java Enterprise technologies. Brian then became the Director Services at Innerwall where they oversaw all aspects of the professional services organization including project management, consulting delivery, technical support, training, and customer satisfaction. After Innerwall, Brian took on the role as Principal Security/Network Engineer at Greenwich Technology Partners where they designed and implemented global network security solutions for enterprise companies. Their last position before BurstIQ was Sr Security Engineer at Sprint where they were responsible for designing and managing security solutions for a nationwide IP network.

Brian Jackson has a Bachelor's degree from Kansas State University in Information Technology from 1994-1999.
