Ryenne Ogburn

Ryenne Ogburn, PhD, serves as a Senior Scientist at Burt's Bees, where responsibilities include natural skincare product formulation and commercialization, having previously held the position of Scientist II. Prior experience includes roles at KBI Biopharma as a Scientist I, focusing on qualitative and quantitative assays for drug substances, and as a Contract Scientist at Burt's Bees in product development. Ryenne completed a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry at Duke University, where research involved protein folding and ligand binding studies. Additional experience includes internships in protein analytical chemistry at Medivation and contributions to marine natural product synthesis as a student researcher at Valdosta State University.
