Sandra Tunney

Sandra Tunney is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Bus Éireann since August 2024, Sandra previously held the position of VP Global Controller at Tradeshift and served as VP - Global Controller (Interim) and Senior Director of International Finance at Malwarebytes. Sandra's career also includes significant roles at KPMG as a Director, as well as various positions in financial management at organizations such as Frinailla Developments Limited and Ulster Bank. With strong expertise in corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing, Sandra is a Chartered Accountant recognized by Chartered Accountants Ireland, and has furthered professional development through the Institute of Directors. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honours in Botany and Microbiology from University College Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Accounting from Dublin City University.
