Research Coordinator

Raphael Malenya, PMP, has extensive experience in research coordination and project management, currently serving as a Research Coordinator at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics since November 2014, focusing on project design. Previously, Raphael worked as a Field Officer at Innovations for Poverty Action from February 2014 to October 2014, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, implementing research plans, data collection, and report writing while leading various research projects. An internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2011 allowed Raphael to develop skills in report writing, client handling, drafting correspondence, and conducting desk research on economic diplomacy. Raphael holds a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management and a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Nairobi.
