John Stepovy

John Stepovy has over 25 years of work experience. John is currently the Director of Partnerships, North America at Busbud, focusing on building strategic partnerships with suppliers and distributors in the intercity bus and motorcoach travel industry. Prior to that, they worked at Pacific Western Transportation Ltd as the Director of Business Development, where they fostered strategic relationships with private enterprise, municipalities, and governments for conventional and new mobility solutions. John also served as the General Manager at Red Arrow Motorcoach, leading teams and developing new service routes. Additionally, John has experience as a General Manager at Acoustic Solutions, overseeing business activities and strategic growth plans. John started their career as an Operations Manager at Western Noise Control, responsible for new business development and project management. John began their career as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Diamond International Trucks, managing website development, marketing collateral, and customer satisfaction.

John Stepovy's education history is as follows:

From 1994 to 1997, John attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Finance.

In 2015, they enrolled in Sandler and completed a program in Strategic Sales Management. During the same year, they also attended Bid Winners's for a course in Bid and Proposal Management.

In 2020, John participated in the San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training, focusing on indigenous cultural safety.

From 2021 to 2022, they pursued Leadership Coaching at Lead with Core Values.

In 2022, John furthered their education by completing a Business Development Program at Gary Waldron and Associates.
