John Hinckley

John Hinckley is an experienced aerospace engineer currently employed at Busek since April 2018, where responsibilities include designing Hall Effect Thrusters using SolidWORKS and performing analysis with ANSYS. Previously, John served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at EDS Engineering Design Services (PTY) LTD, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems design with AutoCAD and REVIT. Early career experience includes a role as a Test Engineer at DEKA Research & Development, conducting performance testing, and as an Engineering Intern at MKS Instruments, where John conducted HALT Testing and quality assurance tasks. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Aerospace Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
