Michael Tsay

Michael Tsay is the Director of the Electrothermal Propulsion Group at Busek, where they have been responsible for all RF ion thruster and green monoprop thruster programs since 2017. With over a decade of experience at Busek focusing on research and development of space propulsion systems, Michael previously served as Chief Scientist in the same group. They hold a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an S.B. in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
