Amy Bailey

Amy Bailey is the Market President at Busey Bank in Oklahoma City, a position held since 2025. With over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, they previously served as the President and Managing Director at CrossFirst Bank, where they developed expertise in leadership, credit analysis, and commercial banking from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, Amy held the role of Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender at Citizens Bank of Edmond from 1997 to 2015. They are currently pursuing degrees in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and in Administrative Leadership at the University of Oklahoma.
