Andy Cave

Andy Cave is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Busey since December 2019, Andy previously held the position of Senior Vice President at First Mid Bank & Trust from May 2019 to December 2019. Prior to that, Andy spent over 16 years at Soy Capital Bank and Trust, where responsibilities included serving as President and Vice President of Commercial Banking. Andy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Bradley University.
