Anna Wright

Anna Wright, MBA has a diverse work experience in the banking industry.

Starting in 2010, they worked as a Teller at TheBANK of Edwardsville, where they provided prompt client service, processed transactions, and resolved customer issues.

In 2013, they joined Pulaski Bank as a Teller Supervisor, supervising a team of four tellers, managing hiring and disciplinary actions, and resolving customer service issues.

Within the same year, Anna also began working at Busey, first as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they assisted in overseeing daily activities, conducted staff training, and recruited new staff members. Anna then served as a Retail Trainer, responsible for training new employees, and later as a Retail Training Regional Team Lead, leading the training efforts of multiple branches.

In 2019, Anna joined Welch Systems Inc. as a Banking Systems Trainer, providing training to employees in Southern Illinois and Missouri.

Returning to Busey in 2020, Anna assumed the roles of Service Manager II/AVP and AVP/Regional HR Manager, bringing their expertise in operations management and human resources.

With their extensive background in banking and their MBA degree, Anna Wright is well-equipped to contribute to any organization in the industry.

Anna Wright completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Lindenwood University between 2014 and 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership from Lindenwood University, graduating in 2020.
