Donavan Lynch

Donavan Lynch is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as an Officer in Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Risk at Busey, where expertise includes P&L management, financial modeling, and capital risk assessments. With previous roles as a Treasury and FP&A Analyst at Busey and a Chamberlain Advisors Fellow, Donavan has extensive experience in financial analysis, business development, and strategic initiatives. As a co-founder of Collegiate Clarity, Donavan focused on enhancing students' college readiness through data analytics. Donavan's military background includes leadership positions as an Army Officer and soldier, with rigorous training in project planning, operations, and team management. Currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Donavan holds a BS in Space Science and Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
