Mark Trembacki

Mark Trembacki has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at Busey, where they oversee operations at the bank subsidiary. Prior to this, they held executive leadership roles at BMO Financial Group, where they managed a team of 200 employees. In addition to their corporate experience, Mark has served as a Board Director for the DuPage Children's Museum and the Chicago History Museum, where they played key roles in strategic planning and governance. Mark also worked as a Managing Principal at Risk Management Levers, Inc. and an Adjunct Instructor at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Overall, Mark has a diverse background and a strong track record of professional achievement.

Mark Trembacki has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, Mark has a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security Management from the University of Virginia.

Furthermore, Mark has obtained several certifications. Mark holds the NACD Directorship Certification® from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors), obtained in June 2021. Mark also obtained the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University in June 2017.
