Paul Rutherford

Paul Rutherford, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the financial and entertainment industries. Paul started their career in 2003 at Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres, LLC, where they worked as a Concessions Manager, Usher, and Ticket Distributor before being promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2007, Paul joined Midwest Community Credit Union as a Bank Teller for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Busey as a Bank Teller, and over the years, they progressed to the role of Bank Teller Manager. In 2014, Paul became a Universal Banker and then transitioned to a role as a Bank Teller. Paul eventually became a Wire Specialist before their most recent position as a Fraud Investigator.

Paul Rutherford, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Millikin University, which they obtained in the years 2020-2021. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, earning a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from 2016 to 2019.
