Randi Potter

Randi Potter has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and business systems field. Randi most recently served as Senior Vice President and Director of Technology & Business Systems at Busey, where they built a digital ecosystem for 1,600 associates across multiple locations and implemented IT policies, risk management, and cybersecurity measures. Prior to this, Randi was Senior Vice President and Director of Business Systems & Processes at Busey, where they transformed the tech teams into a consultative force, managed vendor relationships, and led technology and operations M&A due diligence. Randi also worked as a Vice President and IT Project Manager at Busey, establishing project management strategies and leading software development teams. Before joining Busey, Randi held management roles at GENPACT LLC and Walgreens, overseeing operations and projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in technology integration, process improvement, and team management.

Randi Potter has a Master of Business Administration degree from ITT Technical Institute, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Multi-Media, both from the same institution.
