Thomas Arling

Thomas Arling is the Assistant Vice President and Senior IT Internal Auditor at Busey Bank, where they are responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the organization's IT controls, systems, and processes. Thomas previously held roles as a Tech Audit and Advisory Consultant at Protiviti, as well as positions in various capacities including Lifeguard for the City of Overland Park and Special Education Paraprofessional at Blue Valley School District. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at Kansas State University, building on their educational foundation established at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School.
