Will Lewis has a background in manufacturing and mechanical engineering technology. Will has experience working in various roles such as Process Engineer, Technician, and Helper Shop. Currently, at Bush Hog LLC, Will holds the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer-Welding where Will is responsible for transitioning welding processes, creating training programs, and supervising installations. Prior to this, Will worked at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC where Will implemented cost-saving activities, increased productivity, managed maintenance projects, and supported new model launches. Will also has experience in structural fabrication and transportation research. With a degree from Texas A&M University, Will has developed a strong foundation in engineering.
