Amber Hooks is a seasoned project manager and customer service professional with over 20 years of experience in the field and more than a decade dedicated to training. Currently serving as a Customer Service Project Manager at Business Data Inc., Amber oversees all project aspects and collaborates directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations. From 2016 to 2023, Amber was a Senior Training Coordinator at Torrance Memorial Physician Network, where they trained over 1,000 employees and led the Covid-19 Hotline team.
