Created in 1983, BES have been supporting people across the West Midlands to start and develop successful businesses of their own.

We can do this through a wide range of personalised support including coaching, mentoring, on-line support, group workshops, access to finance and networking sessions.  We also provide on-going support to businesses through our Masterclasses and Secret Staff service.

Our main priority is the promotion of enterprise and entrepreneurship, giving people the skills they need to start their own venture.  Our mission is to provide dynamic support which nurtures people’s enterprising aspirations, skills and talents, to create sustainable futures that grow tomorrow’s economy.

We are passionate about what we do and as a not-for-profit social business, any surplus we make is put back into improving the service we deliver.
