Heidi Lackmann has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years. Heidi started their career as an Information Technology Analyst at Firstar Bank Des Moines, N.A. from August 1991 to April 1994.

Heidi then joined Compressor Controls Corporation, where they held various roles. From April 1994 to September 1995, they worked as a System Support Specialist. Heidi then became a Program Administrator from October 1995 to July 1997, taking on the responsibilities of a system administrator for the company's MRP system.
