Mike Kellar

Mike Kellar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike worked at Businessolver from 2012, starting as a National Account Executive and then progressing to the role of Client Success Lead. In 2020, they became the AVP of Client Strategy.

Prior to their time at Businessolver, Mike worked at The Des Moines Playhouse from 2009 to 2010 as a Production Manager, where they managed backstage volunteers and implemented an online project management tool.

From 2004 to 2009, Mike worked at ITAGroup, Inc. as a Performance Solutions Strategist, where they designed and presented incentive programs for various industries. Mike also played a key role in retaining incentive programs for companies like Motorola and Allstate.

Mike's experience at Relationship Marketing, Inc., from 1999 to 2004, included planning and executing clinical roundtable dinners and annual meetings for pharmaceutical companies. Mike was responsible for logistical planning, communications management, and billing.

From 1996 to 1999, Mike worked at The Principal Financial Group as a Pension Administration Communication Supervisor. Mike led a team and implemented customer service excellence initiatives.

At AmerUs Bank, from 1995 to 1996, Mike worked as an Account Service Specialist. Their responsibilities included daily transactions, selling bank products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lastly, from 1993 to 1995, Mike was a Secondary Language Arts Teacher at Mount Ayr Community Schools. Mike taught speech communications and language arts, coached speech and drama, and facilitated state-level speech contests.
