Onboarding Lead at Businessolver

Robin Sgutt has extensive work experience in the HR and benefits field. They started their career at Motorola in 1985 as a Rewards Consultant and remained with the company until 2010. During this time, they held the role of Manager, U.S. Benefits at Motorola Mobility LLC, a Google Company. In 2011, they joined Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo Company, as the Manager, U.S. Benefits. They then transitioned to Lenovo in 2014, where they served as the Sr. Benefits Manager, Global Benefits until 2018. Currently, they are working at Businessolver, first as AVP Data Integration and currently as the Onboarding Lead.

Robin Sgutt has a diverse education history with a focus on accounting and finance. In 1976, Robin obtained a high school diploma from Woodstock High School with a field of study in accounting and business administration. Following that, from 1980 to 1982, they attended Robert Morris University - Illinois, where they earned an associate's degree in accounting. They continued their education at Judson University from 1990 to 1992, studying accounting without obtaining a degree. Robin's education journey culminated in pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance at American InterContinental University from 2006 to 2007.
