Ryan Young has extensive experience in database administration and development. Ryan started their career in 2005 at Fast Enterprises, where they worked as a Technical Developer and Database Administrator for large scale tax data conversions. Ryan then joined CPM Marketing Group, Inc. as a Database Developer, where they developed and maintained integrated databases for healthcare clients.
In 2008, Ryan moved to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue as an IS Development Services Specialist, where they developed and maintained the Integrated Property Assessment System (IPAS) and worked on the County Assessment Roll Integration project. Ryan then joined CPM HealthGrades as a Database Developer / Analyst, focusing on database administration and ad-hoc queries/reports for healthcare clients.
In 2012, Ryan joined Kforce Inc. as a Database Administrator, and in 2013, they moved to TDS Telecommunications Corp. as a Database Administrator II, where they continued their work until 2016.
Finally, Ryan joined Businessolver in 2016 as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator, where they are currently employed.
Ryan Young attended West High School but did not obtain a degree from there. From 2002 to 2004, they studied Information Technology at Madison Area Technical College and earned a degree as an IS - Programmer/Analyst. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2009, Ryan attended Lakeland University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Ryan Young also holds several certifications. Ryan became an Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional in January 2014 and an Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate in July 2013. In December 2012, they obtained the certification of Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert. Additionally, Ryan achieved the MCDBA: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 certification from Microsoft in October 2006. In April 2003, they became a Sun Certified Java Programmer and attained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification in March 2002.
