Susan Driver

Susan Driver has over a decade of experience in operations management within the healthcare and benefits administration sectors. Currently serving as Director of Processing Operations at Businessolver since May 2018, Susan has previously held roles including Manager of Processing Operations and Consumer Health & Billing Lead. Prior to Businessolver, Susan contributed to Xerox HR Solutions, LLC from July 2012 to May 2018 as Project Manager and COBRA Operations Build Lead. Additionally, Susan held the position of Sr. Director of Operations at ADP for a brief period in 2012 and was Sr. Manager of Operations at SHPS from February 2004 to June 2006.
