Trae Engeldinger

Trae Engeldinger has extensive experience in customer service and human resources, currently serving as a Dedicated Member Advocate at Businessolver since July 2018. In this role, Trae explains and enrolls customers in benefit elections, assists with life events, and manages various HR services for clients. Prior to this, Trae worked as a Participant Services Representative at Businessolver, focusing on annual enrollments and COBRA administration. Trae's career includes roles as a Loan Processor Specialist at Palmer Group, and as a License Insurance Sales Representative II at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where Trae sold and cross-sold insurance products.
