Stephen Schlecht

Stephen Schlecht has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Buske Logistics, where they lead the Retail Consolidation division. Stephen has also worked as an Advisor at uQuote and as the CEO and Founder of OB Logistics, which was later acquired by Buske Logistics. Stephen's previous experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Riveron, where they specialized in network pricing and supply chain build out. Stephen also worked as a Project Manager at Green Thumb Industries and as a Consultant for various start-ups. Before that, Stephen held multiple roles at PepsiCo, including Customer Supply Chain Integration, Supply Chain Manager, Production Supervisor, and Senior Warehouse & Transportation Operations Associate. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at CNH Industrial and as a Strategic Procurement Associate and Commercial Controls Finance Intern at Johnson Controls and CNH Industrial, respectively.

Stephen Schlecht has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Marquette University, where they triple majored in Supply Chain Management, International Business, and Marketing. Stephen also studied abroad at Peking University in Beijing, China, and Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain. In addition, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma from PepsiCo and in Thermal Processing of Low-acid and Acidified Goods from North Carolina State University.
