Busold Consulting is an independent HR consultancy company that combines tradition with modernity. Building on the foundation of a value-based approach, we provide support during the filling of critical vacancies and are available to both our clients and our applicants as objective advisers, moderators and sparring partners. In doing so, we focus primarily on industries and roles for which we have documented specialist competence, thus enabling us to ensure the success of the project. Because we are independent, we are not subject to external constraints in terms of accepting or organising assignments, agreeing on fees or billing matters, nor are we crippled by partnership or even capital market structures.
