Diego Crespo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Diego began their career at Sande Flowers in 2008, where they completed an internship in administration and sales. In 2012, they joined Fundación Alternativa as a Projects and Training Officer until August the same year.
Diego then moved on to Corporación GPF (Grupo Fybeca) in 2012, where they initially worked as an Assistant for Corporate Responsibility before being promoted to Coordinator of New Channels and New Businesses, a role they held until August 2015.
Next, Diego joined YaEsta.com in 2015, first as a General Coordinator and Commercial Director from August 2015 to December 2017. Diego then transitioned to the role of Head of Business Development and Customer Experience from January 2018 to June 2019.
Most recently, Diego joined Busology Tech in 2019. Diego started as Head of Customer Success and Operations from June to December 2019. Diego then assumed the position of CEO from January 2020 to April 2021 before being promoted to their current role as Director of Onboard Technology in May 2021.
Diego Crespo obtained a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales y Ciencias Politicas from Universidad San Francisco de Quito between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Gesti\u00f3n por Procesos BPM from Corporaci\u00f3n \u00c9lite\u00ae in 2019, Barista Intermedio from Barista Training Center in January 2017, and Curso Virtual de atencion al turista con Discapacidad from CONADIS / Ministerio de Turismo / Ministerio de Trabajo in 2016.
