Martí Massot has a diverse range of work experience in the field of mobility, innovation, and project management. Martí is currently working as an Innovation Manager at BUSUP, a role they started in October 2022. Earlier in their career, Martí worked as an Online Journalist and Map Designer at El Periódico de Catalunya and as a Mobility Planning Consultant at Enginyeria i Gestió d'Infraestructures, where they developed sustainable urban mobility plans and conducted transport demand studies.

Martí Massot began their education in 2004 at the Universitat de Barcelona, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography in 2009. Following this, they pursued further specialization in cartographic production and geographic information systems, earning a Master's degree from the same university in 2010. In 2019, Martí undertook the MBA essentials certificate course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to enhance their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. In 2020, they further expanded their expertise by enrolling in the Strategic Innovation program at Esade, focusing on Business Administration and Management in a general context.
