Paulo Manique

Paulo Manique has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paulo is currently the General Manager for Portugal & Spain at BUSUP, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the General Manager for Portugal at BusUp Portugal from May 2021 to January 2023. During their time at BusUp Portugal, they also served as the Head of Business Development from October 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining BusUp, Paulo worked as a Digital Project Manager at Publicis Groupe from January 2019 to October 2019. Paulo also has experience as an E-commerce Director at Zori.pt from May 2017 to December 2018.

In 2016, Paulo co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Saúde Livre, a role they held until December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an International Business Development Manager at Odisseias from January 2013 to January 2016.

Paulo's earlier work experience includes roles at RAY Human Capital Portugal, where they started as a Trainee in April 2009 and progressed to become a Consultant and Junior Consultant from April 2010 to November 2012.

With their wide-ranging experience in management, business development, and project management, Paulo brings a wealth of expertise to their current role as General Manager Portugal & Spain at BUSUP.

Paulo Manique's education history includes a variety of academic pursuits. From 2022 to 2024, they attended AESE Business School, where they earned an Executive MBA in Economia e Gestão Empresarial (Economics and Business Management). Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Postgraduate Program at NOVA IMS Information Management School, focusing on Digital Marketing and Analytics. Although the start and end years are not specified, Paulo also pursued higher education at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where they obtained a Mestrado (Master's degree) in Organizational Psychology and a Licenciatura (Bachelor's degree) in Psychology.
