Yaiza Temprado

Yaiza Temprado is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Busuu since October 2021, Yaiza previously held positions at SICPA and Amadeus IT Group, where responsibilities included team leadership, performance management, and agile transformation facilitation. Yaiza has demonstrated proficiency in managing cross-functional teams, developing effective change management strategies, and implementing Lean IT methodologies. With a strong academic background in Computer Engineering, specialized in Artificial Intelligence from Universidad Europea, Yaiza has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor, teaching subjects related to computer technology and machine learning.
