Will O'Neill

Will O'Neill has extensive experience in leadership and finance, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Busways Group since October 2014, where previously held roles include Chief Financial & Commercial Officer and Director of Group Strategic Development. Prior to Busways Group, O'Neill was Executive Director at Kelly+Partners Chartered Accountants and a Partner at KPMG. Additional experience includes positions such as Strategy Manager at ORIX Corporation and Director at Pitcher Partners. O'Neill began a career in finance as a Trainee Accountant at Pitcher Partners and has held various roles in corporate finance, including Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. O'Neill holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University.
