VP Customer Service, BusyKid at BusyKid

Scott Simpson has worked in various roles in the past two decades. Starting in 1996, they were the Director of Event Marketing at Phoenix International Raceway, where they were responsible for orchestrating race weekend events and administering a $1 million expenditure budget. In 2005, they held two roles simultaneously: Retail Sales Rep at T-Mobile and Affiliate Sales Rep at LifeLock. At T-Mobile, they were responsible for achieving monthly first-time activation's, add-on rate plan features and accessory sales goals, while at LifeLock they acquired the company's first agreement with a major university and secured fifty agreements among state governments, financial planners, banks, realty offices, corporations, motor sports teams, universities, associations and other re-sellers. In 2008, they became a Licensed Relationship Banker at Chase, where they were responsible for sales and servicing of customer checking, savings, CD's and personal loans. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously: Store Operations Associate/Merchandiser at T-Mobile and Financial Advisor/Business Development at Burris Wealth Management, Inc. At T-Mobile, they were responsible for completing store operations and receiving incoming shipments, while at Burris Wealth Management, they were responsible for growing a client base in Surprise, Sun City West, Sun City, Peoria and Glendale. In 2015, they became a Store Operations | Merchandiser at Total Wine & More, where they were responsible for maximizing customer loyalty by building strong relationships and demonstrating an energetic presence. In 2016, they became a Project Estimator at Fresh Coat Glendale, where they were responsible for visiting customers at their home/business and discussing their project needs. In 2017, they became the Business Development Director at the Peoria Chamber of Commerce, AZ, where they were responsible for increasing Chamber membership through new member acquisition and sponsorship of annual signature events. Finally, in 2018, they became the VP Customer Service at BusyKid, where they were responsible for managing daily communications in a professional and caring manner via email and phone calls with account holders to resolve their issues, concerns and general inquiries about the BusyKid app features and technology. Scott also managed a team of customer service representatives.

Scott Simpson attended Bowling Green State University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management & Administration.
