Butcher Paull & Calder is a multi-disciplinary Perth law firm providing business and litigation services.
We have more than 30 years of experience in general practice and have conducted cases in all jurisdictions both State and Federal. This breadth of expertise gives us the capacity to deal effectively with multi-faceted legal problems and allows us to cater for corporate, business and personal clients alike.

Butcher Paull & Calder operates a Court/Litigation Department headed by Robert Butcher and a Business Tax and Estate Planning Department headed by Greg Calder. The firm currently employs 10 solicitors with a wide range of experience in addition to paralegals, clerks and support staff.

Our main office is located in Adelaide Terrace, Perth but we operate a satellite office in Willetton.

The focus of the firm is and has always been to solve our clients’ legal issues in a practical and cost efficient manner. We like to be judged by our reputation of properly informing our clients of their rights and obligations.
