Matthew Bushell

Matthew Bushell is currently the Technical Manager at Butlin's, where they lead a dedicated team responsible for the audio, video, and lighting elements of entertainment productions. Previously, they served as a Technical Manager at Bourne Leisure, overseeing entertainment and production logistics at multiple venues. Their earlier experience includes roles as Production Manager at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where they managed various productions and mentored students. Matthew holds a Level 5 Operations Department Manager qualification with distinction from the Chartered Management Institute and earned a BA (Hons) in Theatre Practice with a focus on Technical Production Management from the Central School of Speech and Drama.
